I purchased this in June and by mid July the connector area was already cracking and by the end of July the inside cord was severed. This adaptor is hard to find (G3 45w), so I'm having to order a new one from this place once again...will I be paying $40 -$50 every few months to get this replaced??? I am contacting Apple to inquire why they don't sale these from their stores or online...they have the newer models that do not work for the G3s.
Not worth the money.

This was much more economical purchasing it from this site as opposed to Apple. It also has the light charger display which is great.

Purchased thie product from Pwr+. Unpluged my original charger and plugged this one into my ibook G4. Immeidately the screen flickered and dimmed, the speakers were throwing feedback and then the computer shut down. I hit power and it did not respond.

Fair warning to anyone with a 14" iBook G4. This item completely thrashed my machine. Pwr+ reimbursed me for the charger and shipping but refused to provide me with compensation for ruining my machine.
